The Energy and Environment Consulting Centre - a project for East Europe and the Balkan area
The project E.E.C.C. has been realized through law 84/01 and it’s point of reference is placed towards the Public Administration, the public and private organizations as well as universities.
The participation "is opened" to all the Italian and Romanian companies or firms , interested in the location, preparation and development of projects in energetics and environmental fields. The role of the Foundation is to improve, develop , disseminate and transfer the use of the energetic or nuclear technologies and the renewable energy sources like: Solar Thermodynamic Energy, photovoltaic, biomass and wind energy.

ICE-as Italian promoter, ENEA-as Italian partner. External Partner that has manifested interest to the project is BLACK SEA University Foundation B.S.U.F. Other agencies interested in the project : ROMANIAN AGENCY FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION (A.R.C.E.), EMISSION CONTROLL s.r.l. EUROPEAN parliament committee for Romania INTEGRATION , Romanian MINISTRY Of INDUSTRY, Romanian MINISTRY OF RESEARCH.
The participation will be increased for the nations interested to the project thus to become an Energetic and Environment Centre for the Black Sea and the BALKANS Area. E.E.C.C. would like to involve Romanian enterprises in the extension of their own activities on specific energetics and environment fields and also as a result of the "liberalization" of the energy power production market.
